Thank you for visiting my site! My name is Chris Harrison, I’m a proud dad of two incredible kids and a lifelong business guy. My entrepreneurship journey began in middle school, and nearly 30 years later, my passion for business development and improvement is still as strong as ever.

Throughout my career, I’ve explored various industries—from Real Estate and Construction to eCommerce, Fitness, and Transportation. I’ve both started and acquired businesses, gaining valuable insights along the way.

While I am truly obsessed with all areas of “business,” what I’m here to offer is operational improvements, that result in Scaleability, Growth, and Sellability. I approach a business and its operating system from both a bird’s-eye view and a ground-level perspective, identifying areas for improvement that will create the most value, whether thats a complete reimagining of the core foundation of the business, focusing on untapped areas of growth, or simply updating the tools and processes the businesses uses during everyday operations. 

What captivates me most is the interconnected nature of a business. At its core, a business is a system—both digital and physical—designed to sell products or services. This system is powered by a blend of tools, processes, frameworks, concepts, and most importantly, people.

For a business to truly grow, scale, or be ready for sale, a seamless, efficient operating system must be in place—and that’s no small feat. That’s where I come in. My passion is helping business owners elevate their operations and transform their businesses into scalable, sellable powerhouses.
